Manage online events with personalized invitations


SmartCollab is a tool for generating online events with Blackboard Collaborate, allowing the planning and scheduling of sessions or rooms, which allows you to customize the messages sent to attendees so that the invitations are visually appealing.

You will have control of each and every one of the participants' access url's as well as the assigned role. In addition, you will be able to download all the information of the users in different types of files (csv, pdf, excel...) as well as to delete attendees and even resend the invitation to a specific attendee in case it is necessary to do so.

In addition, from the application itself you will be able to see the usage reports of each of the sessions.
